Coverage
Our operating base is Central Florida, where we hold the deepest contractor coverage and the shortest response times. We take assignments statewide and add contractors in new regions as client volume justifies it.
All field work is performed by US-based independent contractors who are vetted before assignment.

Work orders are reviewed and assigned to a contractor the same day they are received, with monitored coverage outside standard business hours.
Photo documentation
Before, during and after photography on every order, reviewed against client specification before submission rather than after a rejection.
Timeline compliance
Orders are tracked against their due date from assignment, with contractors prompted ahead of the deadline rather than after it passes.
One point of contact
Client coordinators reach a person who knows the order history, not a queue. Updates and escalations are answered the same day.
